This website is hosted by Spaceship, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. The selected server is located in the United States. Delivering the website requires processing connection data, including the requesting device’s IP address. According to the provider, technical logs may also contain the timestamp, requested address, HTTP method and response code, bytes transferred, referring page, and browser and device information.

AWStats is currently enabled in the hosting account. This server-side analysis of access logs produces visitor and page-view counts and information about countries, referring pages, browsers and operating systems. We have requested that it be disabled; the provider has not yet confirmed implementation.

Log retention: Monthly removal is configured for local log archives. Server-side retention and derived statistics are separate matters. The provider has not yet confirmed the actual deletion periods for these data, and we have requested a technical clarification. We therefore cannot currently state a fixed retention period.

The purpose of necessary technical processing is to deliver the website and keep it secure and reliable. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is making information about the venture available and identifying faults or misuse. The website cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.

Spaceship sets out its processing terms for hosted services in its Data Processing Addendum. This provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers from the European Economic Area to third countries. The terms and safeguards can be reviewed there. 3. Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The supplied pages do not use cookies, analytics or marketing scripts, or local browser storage. Fonts come from your device; the logo and styles are served with the website. There are no embedded maps, videos, social-media plugins or contact forms. The language switch uses ordinary links. The hosting provider’s server-side statistics are described separately above.

External references are ordinary links. The linked website is requested only when you follow the link. Email and telephone links open the corresponding application on your device.

4. Email and telephone enquiries

If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide in order to respond. Providing these details is voluntary; without suitable contact details, a response may not be possible. Email communication uses Spacemail by Spaceship.

For enquiries concerning a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling the enquiry.

Correspondence is deleted when the enquiry has been resolved and the data is no longer needed. Applicable legal retention requirements or a justified need to establish or defend legal claims may require longer retention, restricted to that purpose.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR.

Right to object: Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Please use the contact details above.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement (Article 77 GDPR).
